I am Andrea and, along with Michela - my wife - will be welcoming you to our small, friendly Bed and Breakfast Prima dell' Elba.

I would like to share with you the choice of the name "Prima dell' Elba". There are two reasons that have led us towards this name: one because we are as the crow flies on the trajectory that leads to the embarkation point to Elba, the other as a careful choice of the visitor who decides to discover Piombino rather than the most famous island located in front of our promontory.

Breakfast in your room

Breakfast at Prima dell'Elba is the first enjoyable daily ritual for holidaymakers, and this we know well. In your room we provide all you require to prepare and enjoy a delicious breakfast and make the best possible start of each day.

The ingredients provided are those typically Mediterranean, or a continental-style breakfast. You will find milk, coffee, tea, fruit juices, yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, locally produced honey, several kinds of biscuits and fruit preserves. We provide only top choice produce.

Breakfast is taken in the room where there is a dedicated area to make and enjoy breakfast at a time to suit you. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee-maker. Please notify us of any food intolerances at the time of booking, so that we may cater accordingly.

Lunch and dinner

Prima dell'Elba B&B is within easy reach of the best restaurants and bars (and more besides) in the town's historic centre. Just a short stroll, and you will be spoilt for choice.

There are fine restaurants, amongst the best in Tuscany, renowned for superb cooking of seafood, meat and vegetable based dishes, as well as many Pizzeries and other eateries, to suit all pockets.

Naturally, and if you so wish, we'll be happy to make specific suggestions based on your requirements; there are restaurants where you can enjoy typical Tuscan cooking just a few metres from the sea in a romantic, refined setting as well as pizzerias and simple eateries with excellent value for money and daily tourist menus. Pizza on the beach, at the end of a day spent at the seaside, is also available, as well as the local speciality of boiled octopus, from a traditional Kiosk.

Frequently, as visitor or holydaymaker who doesn't yet know the place, the question arises "where shall we eat?". Just tell us what you like and that question will be easy to answer.

Pets allowed

At the B&B Prima dell'Elba dogs are welcome.

A few minutes away you will find many dog beaches, where you can spend wonderful days at the beach all together.
